Support, Bug Reports and Feature Requests

At OpenWebStudio, we strive to provide a quality open-source development framework. Whenever you run across a bug or would like to request a feature for consideration, feel free to post that ticket to us for review. Bug Reports and Feature Requests are tracked here for free. When you need a bit more help, or are looking for guidance on a specific task, submit a Support Request. Each plan has a slightly different coverage for support.

All users are core members, granting them access to all core builds and features including forum, blogs, core downloads and upgrades. Tickets are provided for free at higher levels. Tickets entered by Core members upon review will be reviewed and after confirmation billed at a rate of $100.00 USD per ticket request for support.

Community members may engage the support staff and other members in community collaboration on their development efforts through real time access to the forums, trouble tickets, knowledge base, forge and other helpful tools. Tickets are provided for community levels for free (1 per month). Additional tickets entered by Community members upon review will be billed at a rate of $90.00 USD per ticket request after confirmation.

Each enterprise member is expanded into a red carpet approach, providing a more personalized one-on-one access to our staff for customized direct support for themselves and their entire project team. Tickets are provided for enterprise levels for free (2 per month). Additional tickets entered by Enterprise members upon review will be billed at a rate of $75.00 USD per ticket request upon confirmation.
